Irene’s
Irene’s offer private events that will help cover any of your dining and enjoyment needs from table reservations to Birthdays, to Bachelorette Parties. Irene’s can cater your event with their traditional menu, offering everything from snacks like popcorn, to traditional appetizers, sandwiches, and tacos sure to satisfy every pallet. Irene’s also has a full bar serving up beautiful signature cocktails, frozen drinks, wine, and beer! For normal bookings, they only offer reservations for groups of 10 or more anytime during the week except during brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. All large party bookings require a minimum spend.

Juliet’s culinary team has curated classic Italian comfort food inspired by the style of cuisine made popular in New York City’s Little Italy. Old Thousand
Old Thousand is a neighborhood Chinese restaurant on Austin’s east side with eclectic and inventive mix of flavors, ingredients, and styles with modern interpretations of classic American-Chinese recipes. Bar Peached
Bar Peached offers three separate private dining options that can accommodate both small, intimate groups and larger parties. The Eastwood is a private dining room in a moody space defined by mod lighting and velvety fabrics. It can seat up to 42 guests and accommodate up to 60 guests for a cocktail style event. The outdoor patio sits underneath a 100 year old oak tree. Secluded from West 6th, the patio mixes both lounge furniture and dining tables. It is characterized by bright colors and wood benches and can accommodate up to 65 guests seated and 110 standing. A full restaurant buyout incorporates both the private dining space, outdoor patio, and the main upstairs dining room. This option is for parties with larger guest counts that perhaps want to host different experiences in each area of the bungalow space.

Room 725 Champagne & Caviar
Room 725 is Fairmont Austin’s hidden haven, primed for Champagne & Caviar service and beyond. This semi-private space offers the most indulgent of Austin experiences through a selection of caviar, refined Champagne and cocktail options, a menu of Pre-Embargo Cigars and live music. While the spotlight shines brightly on the Champagne & Caviar options, those seeking other options can still enjoy menu options during a visit to this luxe location.
In addition to enjoying the finest selection of Champagne, which can be ordered by the glass, bottle, guests can select special flights which feature Taittinger, Brut La Francaise, Billecart-Salmon, and more. Those in the mood for a crafted cocktail can choose from a signature list of classic elixirs including the standout Old Fashioned, Julep, French 75, Martini, and more.
The Champagne & Caviar experience also presents a rare selection of Pre-Embargo cigars, which were sourced from a single collection. All of these cigars are “clear Havana’s” meaning that they are made of Cuban tobacco, but rolled in the United States. Every cigar in this unique assortment dates back prior to The Cuban Trade Embargo (imposed February 1962), and some have been encased for more than 100 years.
The offering is available Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 – 11:00 p.m.
Oso Room At Oseyo
The Oso Room, Oseyo’s 62-seat private dining event space is a spacious, yet intimate setting with its dark walls, cozy lounge chairs and modern rugs – all of which lend itself to a cool and comfortable vibe that is a welcoming extension of the main dining room. This room is a flexible space that can offer a quiet meeting room, a semi-private space for as few as 15 guests or a completely private venue for parties up to 75 guests with a customizable service style from passed small plates to family-style to buffet service. Oseyo’s also carefully vette entertainment vendors such as DJ’s, Karaoke, and other vendors to help curate a special evening for you and your guests – whatever the occasion. Oseyo also has a outdoor patio.

Eberly
The study at Eberly offers a lush, greenhouse-like fine dining setting that can host 32 seated, 40 standing. Shelves are adorned with vintage books from owner John Scott’s late mother’s personal collection. Situated in the center of Eberly, the study offers the lively atmosphere of the Cedar Tavern and dining room while still maintaining privacy, with doors on each side.
The private dining room in Austin at Eberly is located behind the Cedar Tavern bar and can host 16 for seated dinner, 40 lounge seating or 75 standing. This room has a private entrance from outdoors, private restrooms, private bar, dedicated sound system, and DJ capabilities.
Eberly will also be opening their rooftop events space soon for private events.

Kemuri Tatsu-Ya’s Texan and Japanese styles blend together for a rustic and eclectic dining space that can accommodate anywhere from 17-200 guests, with Chef’s Tables available for 9-16 guests. Kemuri Tatsu-Ya’s spacious patio can be utilized in combination with the dining room for seated dinners with up to 100 guests and for drinks and appetizers with up to 200 guests. The Flour House at La Condesa

Sway
Sway is one of my favorite spots for date night but the restaurant can get really loud because of the communal seating. Sway’s private dining room seating is ideal for intimate social gatherings. Choose from two types of group dining reservations, both paired with one of the chef’s menus. All reservations require a minimum of 10 guests. Group dining options include brunch, lunch, two chef’s menu options, and Moo Sway.
Chef’s menu: Enjoy a number of favorites from the Sway menu, including freshly shucked oysters, prawn miange, green curry and tiger cry. Lunch and dinner options available.
Moo Sway: Moo Sway is a family-style feast that must be reserved 24 hours in advance and is only available for two groups a day. Moo Sway features an off-the-menu Thai-style pork shoulder, a dozen freshly shucked oysters, jasmine rice and assorted sauces. Moo Sway also comes with an assortment of favorites from the regular menu.

Olamaie
Olamaie has a private room that can be closed off (with a heavy curtain) that can fit 12 guests comfortably. In order to reserve this room, guests must choose a custom preset menu that is coordinated with the chefs.
The Chef’s Table by the kitchen can sit up to 10 guests and the patio table (pictured above) can sit up to 8 guests, both of which do not require a custom set menu.
Guests may also reserve the entire restaurant for larger groups of up to 60.

Il Brutto
This recently opened east Austin neighborhood Italian restaurant helmed by Chef Erind Halilaj offers a private dining room for up to 40 guests with the restaurant’s wine cellar spanning the entire sidewall and access to the large oak tree-shaded patio. Groups can gather to enjoy non-regional Italian food and wine in an intimate setting.

Mattie’s at Green Pastures
Amongst the grounds covered in ancient live oak trees, magnificent white-feathered peacocks roaming the fields, and the subtle scent of biscuits in the air, there lies Mattie’s. Unveiled in spring 2017, Mattie’s is located inside a legendary 19th-century era Victorian Green Pastures estate. With their ample event space, Green Pastures has become a local landmark for hosting exquisite get-togethers featuring event menus curated by Chef Ethan Holmes.
Amenities and options:
- The Table Royale – This private dining room is designed for intimate dining and meetings for up to 16 guests and is fully equipped with A/V hardware. This room is approximately 175 square feet and has a private entrance on the mezzanine floor of The House.
- The Lounge Room – Just atop a beautiful, original staircase lies an ideal room for cocktail parties and small dinners. A seated dinner in the Lounge Room can accommodate 32 guests. The space is 500 square feet with views of the majestic live oaks.
- Marion Hall – This beautifully lit 2,300 square foot hall features stunning walls of wood doors and windows, which provide abundant natural light by day and warm, ambient light into the evening. The maximum capacity for a seated dinner is 160 guests, and the room can be fitted with a dance floor. It’s perfect for larger private dinners, cocktail parties and large meetings.
- The Pavilion – Mattie’s offers a 1,200 square foot rain sheltered outdoor space is located just off the south side of The House. The Pavilion offers dedicated climate-controlled restrooms along with seating for up to 80 dinner guests or 100 guests for a reception.

Geraldine’s
Located right just off Rainey Street, on the fourth floor of Hotel Van Zandt, Geraldine’s serves as the perfect oasis from the bustle of the city, with incredible views of Lady Bird Lake and live music each evening.
