Café No Sé, the all-day neighborhood café featuring California-inspired American dining, located inside South Congress Hotel on South Congress Ave has officially opened, and I’ve absolutely fallen heads over heels. The cafe and hotel both remind me of 1 Hotel South Beach that I stayed at this summer in South Beach. Clean, nature-inspired, and very zen.
I met up with travel blogger, Taylor, of The Simple Sol for weekend brunch at Café No Sé, and we both loved the cafe and hotel. We could have stayed and hung out on the patio for hours! South Congress Hotel is for sure the new hot spot in Austin.

The bircher muesli with apple, apricot, pumpkin seeds, drizzled with maple syrup, and ricotta hotcakes with bananas, pecan butter and maple syrup were delicious! I had to order the avocado toast, which came with a soft boiled egg and crème fraîche was perfect for a light brunch. We also indulge in three desserts for brunch – chocolate flan tart, pineapple meringata, and rockman’s basque cake!
What To Order: bircher muesli, ricotta hotcakes, avocado toast, and pineapple meringata.
