Willa Jean is a go-to for both locals and tourists in New Orleans for a quick breakfast, casual lunch, and Southern dinner. This contemporary bakery is helmed by the dream team of Kelly Fields and Lisa White, who designed all the baked goods for John Besh’s restaurant empire.
I visited Willa Jean on my last visit to NOLA for avocado toast and iced coffee, but also put it on my list on my second trip when I heard about their frosé. Frosé, aka frozen rosé, that you can get to-go!

If you’re visiting New Orleans, I highly recommend breakfast at Willa Jean. Avocado toast or the Willa Jean Breakfast with two over easy eggs, cheese grits, bacon, and biscuit. Get a baked good and frosé to-go, you’ll need it to explore NOLA.
