Hello summer! It’s finally here and I’m celebrating with a tiki cocktail that you’ll want to sip on all season long. But not just your typical tiki cocktail that’s made with pineapple juice and heavy booze, this is a lighter cocktail that dangerously delicious. This Drink At The End Of The World Cocktail is crafted with passion fruit juice that makes it tropical and fruity, then nutty (from the Orgeat syrup), and super smooth with the Blue Chair Bay White Rum.

Inspired by Kenny Chesney’s Bar at the End of the World song, Caitlin O’Hair, the bartender at Azul Rooftop Bar created this summery and irresistible cocktail!
My inspiration was wanting to create a traditional style tiki cocktail using ingredients people aren’t generally as familiar with as some other mainstream ingredients with a fun twist to really highlight the rum. Blue Chair Bay Rum is so delightful on its own it doesn’t need many ingredients to highlight it but I genuinely love broadening people’s palettes and exposing consumers to things they would otherwise be unfamiliar with while staying true to the integrity of the product. – Caitlin O’Hair

Blue Chair Bay White Rum is created from the shores of the Caribbean and aged less than 100 feet from the high water line. The secret to the smooth rum? The sunlight and the wind on the water that gets into the oak casks and into every drop of Blue Chair Bay!
