I’ve died and gone to frozen pop heaven. Steel City Pops, my favorite pop has finally opened up their brick and mortar on Guadalupe at 3001 Guadalupe Street! Steel City Pops is based out of Homewood, Alabama since 2012 and has always made their pops with all-natural or certified organic ingredients, locally-harvested where possible. The pops are sweetened with raw, organic cane sugar and never use artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. The menu features vegan-friendly fruity choices and all the of the pops are gluten-free and vegetarian.

Steel City Pops will still have their pop cart at The Picnic on Barton Springs Rd if you need a cold treat on your way to Barton Springs Pool or Zilker Park. So what makes the brick and mortar shop special you ask? Toppings. You can get all the toppings you want!
