While this hotel won’t be opening until 2023 I wanted to include it because of the lack of hotel options in Fredericksburg. The Albert Hotel is the first boutique hotel in the city and is split across four historical buildings. The hospitality group, New Waterloo, commissioned architect, Albert Keidel, given his passion for historical preservation. Located in downtown this space looks to draw local Austinites as well as visitors wanting a stay on Main Street. It will host three restaurants, two bars, and a private space for dining events.
