It’s that time of the year again, when I become a little pumpkin obsessed. Restaurants and food trucks in Austin are presenting pumpkin cupcakes to pumpkin ice cream and pumpkin gelato; pumpkin cheesecake, even fried pumpkin pie!

Dolce Neve uses a few ingredients as possible with no additives in their homemade gelato. The sugar pumpkin gelato is made with sugar pumpkins from Taylor Farms, milk, cream, sugar, egg yolks, locust bean flour (natural stabilizer) and amaretti di Saronno.
