Located in the original 1948 building that housed the Carpenters Union, Carpenter Coffee Bar is the perfect lobby lounge, all day concept—a great place for locals and guests to grab a coffee and work on a laptop in the morning or to meet a friend for a snack and nightcap or two later in the evening. Much of the exterior and interior details were maintained, including the windows, doors, wood veneer, vitrines, etc, while the Bunkhouse design team sourced amazing vintage pieces from Austin’s Renner Project and Eneby in Nashville to help create more seating areas in the lobby lounge, plus vintage stadium speakers were retrofitted to play music from a select-your-own vinyl library throughout the 1,100 square feet of space.
