Quick weekend trip to Portland Maine and I ate my weight in seafood and more in this quiet, charming town. I visited Portland Maine in October so the weather was chilly and brisk. Portland Maine was easily walkable by foot so pack a pair of comfortable shoes.

Best Restaurants In Portland Maine: PORTLAND LOBSTER CO
I was researching for the best lobster rolls in Portland Maine and came across Portland Lobster Co. I went in for the lobster roll and loved it so much that I came back for their steamed lobster dinner. The lobster dinners come with fries or baked potato, corn on the cob, homemade coleslaw, and drawn butter. Live lobsters are delivered twice a day to Portland Lobster Co.
According to Portland Lobster Co’s website, they re-open on May 2nd for 2019.

Best Restaurants In Portland Maine: EVENTIDE OYSTER CO
Eventide Oyster Co is a buzzy restaurant in Portland Co so you might need a reservation for dinner and there’s a wait during lunchtime. Their Eventide brown butter lobster roll was rated one of the best in the city but to be honest, I didn’t like the steamed bao it came in. Dinner and cocktails were excellent though.
