It’s crazy to think the year is coming to a close soon! I’m always on the hunt for home gadgets to help me be more productive and efficient at home. 3. Signature Tea Collection
When I’m feeling sluggish in the afternoon, I love heading over to my bar for some tea and biscuits. I’ve been loving the Signature Tea Company (available at Walmart) – it’s organic and comes in individually packaged tea bags.
4. Chicago Cutlery Knife Set

Pre-Workout Smoothie
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 banana
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop protein powder
1. Add ingredients to Ninja 24 oz. cup.
