I received an email from Megan Reed last month inviting me to be a part of the Aha Moments Campaign.
I work for the company that is producing Mutual of Omaha’s “proud sponsor of life’s aha moments” campaign to see what an aha moment is and the great real stories we filmed during the campaign in 2009.
Associated to that, we have a 34-foot Airstream mobile film studio that is traveling the US on a 25-city tour to capture the country’s aha moments. We are headed to Austin this Thursday, May 20th & Friday, May 21st, and would love to invite you to share a defining moment in your life – large or small. I came across your blog and think you would have a great story to share! You would just have to step into the Airstream studio for a few minutes and tell your story on film, which would be posted to www.ahamoment.com
What is an Aha Moment?
It’s a moment of clarity, a defining moment where you gain real wisdom – wisdom you can use to change your life. Whether big or small, funny or sad, they can be surprising and inspiring. Each one is unique, deeply personal, and we think, worth sharing. Mutual of Omaha celebrates and honors these moments and the people who act upon them. We’re proud to have the products and services that can help people insure their possibilities.
What is my aha moment?
Discovering my love for food, and baking and cooking for the people I love. Living life to it’s fullest and breaking the rules along the way. Live life that way you want, not what others deem it to be.
Enjoy my moment here.
I want to thank the Mutual of Omaha and the Aha Moments Campaign for providing me with this opportunity to share my Aha Moment and inspire me to continue with my journey of cooking/baking. A big thanks out to Dave, Jessica, Kait, drivers Glenn and Gary, and the other team members. && thank you Bernard for being there for me 🙂
They even tweeted me 🙂
