Patika has always imagined of expanding their made-to-order food offering since they opened their brick-and-mortar coffee shop on South Lamar, and now they’ve officially launched breakfast and lunch! The downtown coffee trailer was closed earlier this year and has now been transformed into a kitchen space.
Chef Alan Delgado (previously Launderette, Sway, Mettle and Clark’s) created the breakfast and lunch menu with lighter items like toasts with heirloom tomato and avocado and heartier items like the breakfast sandwich with Salt + Time bacon and spaghetti squash.
If you’ve been to Patika, I’m sure you’ve had one of their delicious pastries. The acclaimed pastry program is led by Head Baker Bria Jones who has created a rotating selection of four to six sweet and savory pastry items each day. French Onion Biscuits, Chocolate Cherry Scones, Blueberry Tequila Muffins, Margarita Cookies, and a Mixed Berry Breakfast Cake, and the Sunday-special Cinnamon Rolls.
