Citizen Eatery has 4 veggie burgers that are all made in-house with gluten-free and Paleo bun options. The Paleo burger made with sweet potato, cauliflower, and mushrooms was my favorite. The Texas tumbleweed, which are organic veggie noodles lightly dusted and fried, are very addicting and fun to eat. I can’t wait to go back and try the vegan bolognese with organic veggie noodles, seasoned yuca fries, and vegan parsnip waffle!
WHAT TO ORDER: Bitter’s salad, avocado toast, and Paleo burger with Texas tumbleweed.
