First Look at Odd Duck’s Inaugural Brunch
Odd Duck is the brick and mortar reincarnation of the famed trailer that brought chef Bryce Gilmore to the forefront, featuring intensely local, seasonal fare prepared by the restaurant’s wood fired oven and grill and an extensive in-house bread program. Since the Odd Duck opening, brunch has always been in the plans and starting Sunday, May 25, the Odd Duck team hereby decreed that brunch is to happen every Sunday following. The menu boosts not only small shared plates (common in Odd Duck’s dinner menu), but also full-sized plates like fatty duck liver, tater tot hash and soft shell crab. Come with friends, order a couple of cocktails and relax on the patio!
