Paperboy is Austin’s newest food trailer serving high-quality breakfast and coffee. Located on the East 11th corridor next to Hillside Farmacy and across from Quickie Pickie, Paperboy sits on the large corner lot with incredible outdoor seating and plenty of seating. With a focus on breakfast and breakfast only, owner Ryan Harms has teamed up with local chef Zecheriah Perez of Odd Duck to create both a menu and experience that will add a fresh perspective to Austin mornings. I was super, super impressed by the quality of the menu!
I believe a restaurant and its team, if they are committed to being exactly who they are and executing at a high level, can bring wonderful food experiences to life. We believe Paperboy will do exactly this with a commitment to bringing our community outstanding breakfast, delicious coffee, and high hospitality.– Ryan Harms, Paperboy Owner

Paperboy serves deletable sandwiches, sweet and savory open faced toasts, and hearty breakfast bowls using only local farms and purveyors. A few of the purveyors Paperboy is working with include: Milagro Farms Eggs, Mill-King Dairy, and produce from Animal Farm, B-5 Farm, Tecolote Farm and Phoenix Farm.
The menu also includes a stellar coffee program. Paperboy serves hot and cold-brewed coffees and is exclusively brewing Tweed Coffee the roasting company of Austin’s highly rated Houndstooth Coffee. Freshly squeezed orange juice rounds out the simple and focused menu.
Swing by for a hot breakfast with fresh coffee and the daily newspaper that worth getting out of bed for! My favorite was the steak & eggs sandwich with Wagyu hanger steak, sunny up egg, chimichurri mayo on a brioche bun!
What To Order: Steak & eggs sandwich, B.E.C. sandwich, and savory toast.
